Imagine if you will........

It's the night before Christmas and in Cowslip Wood, Ruben Robin and his friends are gathering for their annual festive party. The baubles have been hung from the branches and presents have been wrapped ready to exchange. There is no need for fairy lights as the crisp winter night means the sky is clear and the stars twinkle brightly above. As if by magic, as the nearby church bells strike midnight and at the very moment they spy Santa in his sleigh flying high above, the first snowflakes fall gently to the ground.........

Our Christmas Eve box is intended to be as a special treat, once all your jobs are done and you finally have a moment to yourself to relax, before the big day itself.

Not wishing to give too much away and to retain the element of surprise, we can tell you that the project is a whimsical sampler and it will include our woodland friends as they enjoy their Christmas party.

What is included?

Pre-printed cotton/linen mix fabric for the embroidery sampler
Beautiful embroidery threads
Detailed Instructions
In addition, you will also receive some 'little happy' extra's... perhaps some of Sarah's favourite sewing notions or a little something special either chosen or designed by Sarah, just for you!

The sampler measures 11¾” x 18” approx.

Add on an OPTIONAL Extra 'The magic of Christmas' Felt Decorations Kit:

Enjoy even more festive happy stitches, by adding on a gorgeous 'Magic of Christmas' Felt Decoration kit, which will include everything you need to make six individual decorations featuring Ruben Robin and his friends. Entirely hand sewn, the decorations could be displayed individually, as a garland or alternatively they could be a wonderful addition to some festive gift wrapping for a very special person.

The felt decorations kit will contain:

The pattern with detailed instructions and full size templates
Gorgeous wool/rayon felt
Natural twine for the hanging loops
A piece of freezer paper.... makes cutting out so much easier!
Beautiful embroidery threads

How much does the Box cost?

The cost for the box is:

UK Box Price ~ £60, which includes postage via 1st Class Mail

EU Box Price* ~ £62.83 which includes postage via Priority Mail, but excludes UK VAT, please note the listing price will adjust and reduce to this once you have entered your country or residence at checkout

International Box Price* ~ £71.83, which includes postage via Priority Mail, but excludes UK VAT, please note the listing price will adjust and reduce to this once you have entered your country or residence at checkout

The OPTIONAL ADD ON kit is an extra £40 (EU & International Customers, please note UK VAT will be deducted automatically from this at checkout)

*A special note for our Overseas Customers, we will happily post worldwide and we will send you parcel by either 'International Tracked & Signed', 'International Signed' or 'International Tracked' depending on which service is available for your location.

Buyers are responsible for any tax/duty that is due upon receipt of the package. Please remember that UK VAT is automatically deducted from your order at checkout.

We can not also accept responsibilty for International orders that are held up in customs.

Whilst we will carefully wrap your box and it's contents, Customs Officers can and may open packages to spot check the items. Unfortunately, should this occur, it is out of out control and regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for damage to parcels, in this case.

When will I receive my box?

Our plan is to post the boxes mid October (before if we can), in plenty of time for Christmas.....so just remember, no peeking is allowed and don't forget where you hide them!

Please note we will not provide any refunds on this item and it is non cancelable. The reason for this is, we are small family business and to ensure that we can prepare and post your box as promised, we order ALL the supplies required based upon your commitment when you purchase. We therefore politely ask that you make absolutely certain that you wish to commit prior to purchasing this listing.
We regret, the Christmas Box cannot be shipped with other shop orders or other Subscription/Block of the Month parcels, we're sorry for any inconvenience!
The exclusive projects in the box will not be made available for general sale until Summer 2024.
Finally, please note that his year our Christmas Eve Box and the optional 'add on' kit will be packaged similarly to our website kits which as always, will be done with lots of love and care!
