The 'Secret Squirrel Stitch Society', our exclusive quarterly club, was launched in July 2020 with our first 'Autumn' box being posted October 2020.  The photo's show what was included in some previous boxes.
 
Our intention is that the smallest of sneaky peeks may be shared on social media, but the contents of the quarterly parcels will be kept secret until released.  Rest assured though, the projects will be in keeping with Sarah's unique style!
 
 
What is inside the box? 
 
We don't want to give too much away, but what we can tell you is that each box will contain:
  • An exclusive mini quilt kit, designed by Sarah, to make a seasonally inspired mini quilt... this project might include hand embroidery, a little EPP, applique, machine piecing and/or hand quilting.... lots of happy stitches!  
  •  A second 'mini' kit, again designed by Sarah and exclusive to Club members... this might be, a felt decoration, a sewing accessory or an embroidery design....think small and pretty! 
  • A 'little happy' extra..which will be a little something special, either chosen or designed by Sarah, just for you!

The kits will contain all the fabrics and wadding required to complete the projects, including if required, embroidery threads, EPP papers and/or applique templates plus of course detailed instructions.

 

 When will you be posting the boxes?

  • The Winter box will be posted mid January
  • The Spring box will be posted mid April
  • The Summer box will be posted mid July 
  • The Autumn box will be posted mid October
  
You can choose to purchase a one off box:
  • UK Box Price ~ £79 which includes postage via 1st Class Mail
  • International Box Price ~ £95*  which includes postage via Priority Mail  (*excludes UK VAT, please note the listing price will adjust and reduce to this once you have entered your country or residence at checkout) 
  • US Box Price ~ £100* which includes postage via Priority Mail  (*excludes UK VAT, please note the listing price will adjust and reduce to this once you have entered your country or residence at checkout)  

  

Can I join the Secret Squirrel Stitch Society if I live Overseas?

 
Yes, absolutely!  We will happily post worldwide and we will send your box by either  'International Tracked & Signed', 'International Signed' or 'International Tracked' depending on which service is available for your location.  
 
International Buyers are responsible for any tax/duty that is due upon receipt of the package. We can not also accept responsibilty for International orders that are held up in customs.  
 
Whilst we will carefully wrap your secret parcel and it's contents, Customs Officers can and may open packages to spot check the items.  Unfortunately, should this occur, it is out of our control and regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for damage to parcels, in this case.

Very occasionally we are unable to post to an International destination due to Sanctions, the postal service not being available or previous problems we have experienced.  If this were to occur then we would advise you at the earliest opportunity and provide you with a full refund.

 
What other supplies will I potentially need?
 
~ EPP Supplies, for example glue pen & glue refills if you wish to glue baste or thread if you plan on thread basting, however, if a project includes EPP, all the papers are supplied.
 
~ Threads, you'll need your favourite sewing threads to complete the projects, but should an embroidery be included in the box, embroidery threads will be supplied.  Occasionally, other threads may also be included in the box.

~ Pins and Needles,  all of Sarah's Favourites can be found HERE.

~ Tools, have to hand all your usual patchwork and sewing related tools.
 
 
Can I purchase any of the patterns for the projects on their own?
 
Sorry no, not at this time, but we may look in the future to offer the projects as either kits or PDF patterns.
