'Hand Quilted Needle Case' Kit

Here is everything* that you will need to make your very own Hand Quilted Needle Case' just like the one that Sarah made.  

 

Sarah says....."I was once told by an experienced seamstress, that you should replace your hand sewing needle after 12 hours of sewing.  I must confess I have in the past had a favourite needle that looked particularly worse for wear before I finally changed it.  But it has to be said that the moment that I did, my sewing instantly improved and my stitches became neater and it glided through the fabric like a sharp knife through butter.   I therefore keep a healthy supply of packets of needles at home ready for some happy stitches.  I designed this case to hold my go to Favourites for English Paper Piecing, Needle Turn Applique, Hand Embroidery and Big Stitch Hand Quilting, which cover all my hand sewing needs.  Happy Stitches, Sarah".

 

The pack contains:

• The pattern with detailed instructions
• All the fabrics required
• Wadding
• Pretty ribbon for the ties and lace for the pockets
• Woven labels for the pockets

The finished needle book measures: Open: 6” x 10”  /  Closed: 6” x 5”

* To complete, you will also need threads for piecing and quilting (see below), a 5” Embroidery Hoop and Basting Glue Spray such as 505 (optional but very handy!)...plus all your favourite notions and tools.
