Sarah says "The little scene is reminiscent of what we see when we visit Andy's home town of Carlisle. There's a point where you turn left at Scotch Corner and drive across to Penrith. I absolutely love that part of the journey, you suddenly find yourself surrounded by steep hills with little cottages and farm houses nestled amongst them. I often imagine myself and Andy living in one when 'the chicks' have flown the nest. We would have a big vegetable patch, fruit trees and flower beds full of my favourite perennials ...sigh..... oh and I must not forget there would of course be a beautiful wooden clad workshop for Pretty Fabrics and Trims!!! As you can tell I have thought about this quite a bit and I can picture it throughout the seasons, as we move from Spring bulbs to rose filled beds and wisteria climbing the walls in the summer months, golden trees in the autumn and finding ourselves snowed in for winter with fires burning and warming stews cooking on the range!
