Here is everything* you need to make the Love Lives Here Sampler just like the one that Sarah made.

Sarah says....."The sampler is inspired by traditional needlepoint samplers. I wanted it to include an alphabet, a house of course...you know how much I love little houses... and then other little motifs, such as the pair of birds and the embroidered wreaths which take you through the seasons and include Spring flowers, Summer blossom, Autumn berries and Winter Greenery. Plus, as many of the antique samplers do, a symbolic phrase ...Love Lives Here seemed most appropriate. As always I've included a variety of techniques, so you can enjoy some applique and EPP along side the embroidery. Finished of with hand quilting and the binding. Don't forget you can find lots of tutorials to help you with these different sewing methods on our Schoolhouse website. Wishing you lots of happy stitches, Sarah xo".

From time to time we may have to make very small substitutions to the pretty fabrics and trims pictured, rest assured if this is the case, they will be just as lovely!
